Cremes & Oils
When it comes to LUBRICANTS, my preference is creme. Creme, a combination of lotion and oil, provides great glide over the skin while still allowing enough tack for deep tissue work. I also keep oil on hand in case the situation (weather, allergies, etc.) requires something different. Regardless of what I use, I only trust one brand, Biotone.
Vibration-Percussion Therapy
My new favorite tool, the Nex Pro by O’Yeet, uses high-speed vibration-percussion therapy to rapidly wake up soft tissue and allow quicker access to deeper layers of muscle. Used during dry work (no lubricant), this instrument relieves muscle stiffness and soreness, increases circulation and range of motion, and improves the overall health of the body’s soft tissue.
Essential Oils
I’m an avid fan of ESSENTIAL OILS & aromatherapy, and have been for many years before my massage therapy career. I strictly use Eden’s Garden‘s essential oils because of their 100% pure therapeutic grade oils. I have a vast selection of oils from this fine company and am still expanding my collection to best serve my massage clients.
CBD Menthol Oil
Sometimes I like to leave my clients with a little extra something to keep the relief going after the massage has ended. Insert CBD CLINIC’S Menthol-Camphor Massage Oil. A blend of 15% Menthol, 5% Camphor, and CBD oil, this oil is a supercharged Icy-Hot-like product to encourage further muscle and joint pain relief post-massage.
